Key Responsibilities

- Employee Transit Operations
- Drive buses for mass employee pickup and drop-off routes.
- Operate company cars for plant visitors, auditors, or executives.
- Drive Maruti Eeco vans for localized or small-batch staff routing.
- Strictly adhere to fixed timetables to prevent plant shift delays.
- Pharma-Specific Compliance & Safety
- Maintain pristine vehicle cleanliness, aligning with pharma hygiene standards.
- Enforce company safety protocols, including mandatory seatbelts and passenger logs.
- Follow designated, pre-approved security routes for night-shift employees.
- Shift & Roster Flexibility
- Work rotational shifts based on plant production schedules.
- Provide reliable transport during late-night or early-morning shift handovers.
- Vehicle Maintenance
- Conduct daily pre-trip inspections (brakes, tyres, fuel, fluids).
- Maintain accurate logbooks detailing trip timings, mileage, and fuel.
- Promptly report any mechanical issues to the transport coordinator.

Job Requirements

- Licensing & Experience




- Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) license (mandatory for buses).
- Valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) commercial license.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of commercial driving experience.
- Prior experience in corporate or manufacturing staff transport is highly preferred.
- Skills & Competencies
- Clean driving record with zero history of major accidents or traffic violations.
- Strong route knowledge of the local industrial area and nearby residential hubs.
- Ability to use GPS navigation apps efficiently.
- Good night vision and alertness for night-shift duties.
- Personal Attributes
- Punctual, disciplined, and highly dependable.
- Courteous and professional behavior with company employees and executives.
- Non-smoker/non-tobacco user preferred, matching pharma environment standards.
