Role Overview

We are looking for a Video Editor Intern to support our creative and digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants practical experience in video editing, short-form content, social media videos, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit engaging videos for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create short-form content including Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and social media videos
- Assist in editing marketing, branding, and promotional videos for clients and the company
- Add transitions, effects, text, subtitles, music, sound effects, and other visual elements
- Select and arrange footage to create engaging and visually appealing videos
- Adapt videos into different formats and aspect ratios based on platform requirements
- Work with the creative, SMM, and content teams to understand video requirements
- Assist with developing creative concepts and visual storytelling ideas
- Source and organize video footage, images, audio, and other creative assets
- Ensure videos maintain consistent brand style, quality, and messaging
- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver projects within deadlines
- Stay updated with current video trends, editing styles,



transitions, and social media formats
- Support the creative team with day-to-day video editing and production activities

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Film, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Design, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of video editing and post-production
- Familiarity with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools
- Good understanding of video composition, timing, transitions, and storytelling
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual details
- Understanding of social media video formats and trends
- Ability to take feedback and make revisions effectively
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Portfolio or sample work is a plus
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
