Job Summary : Cloud Proxy Security Engineer

Job Role : SeniorAdministrator - Data Loss Prevention,Palo Alto Firewalls

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : esign, deploy, configure, and maintain cloud proxy solutions including Netskope and Zscaler. Manage and support on-premise proxy infrastructure utilizing Squid Proxy. Configure and maintain URL filtering, SSL inspection, DLP, CASB, threat protection, and web access policies. Optimize proxy performance, traffic routing, load balancing, and bandwidth utilization. Implement and support secure internet breakout architectures. Act as the highest level of technical escalation for complex proxy and web security incidents. Perform deep packet analysis and troubleshooting for proxy-related issues. Investigate authentication, certificate, SSL/TLS, PAC file, and connectivity problems. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and provide permanent fixes for recurring issues. Support major incident management and provide expert technical guidance. Ensure secure access controls and enforce web security policies. Integrate proxy solutions with Identity Providers (Azure AD, Entra ID, Okta, LDAP, AD). Support DLP, CASB, malware protection, and zero-trust initiatives. Assist in compliance audits and security assessments.



Develop and maintain security standards and operational procedures. Develop automation scripts for proxy administration and reporting. Build monitoring dashboards and alerts for service health and performance. Ensure proactive capacity planning and platform optimization. Generate operational and security reports. Participate in migration projects from traditional proxies to cloud-based security solutions. Lead infrastructure upgrades, policy migrations, and platform enhancements. Collaborate with network, cloud, security, and endpoint teams. Document architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.

Skill Requirements

Skill Requirement : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related discipline. experience with Netskope and/or Zscaler platforms. Experience supporting global enterprise environments. Proven experience in troubleshooting complex proxy and internet access issues. Experience with cloud security and secure access service edge (SASE) technologies Zscaler and Netskope certified preferred
