We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our residential construction company. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee all architectural design and construction activities for residential projects including villas, independent houses, and apartment complexes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and planning of residential construction projects from concept to completion
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and deliver design solutions
- Supervise and guide junior architects and design team members
- Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with civil, structural, and MEP engineers throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Review and approve contractor submittals and shop drawings
- Prepare presentations and design proposals for clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office
- Robust knowledge of building codes, bylaws, and construction materials
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
