Key Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Very good hands-on experience with LinkedIn / LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong experience in sourcing and screening IT/Technology candidates.
- APAC recruitment experience is a strong plus.
- Must have client-facing recruitment experience.
- Agency / staffing / consulting recruitment experience preferred — not in-house hiring.
- Good understanding of technical requirements and candidate evaluation.
- Robust communication, negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
