Technical Product Manager

Experience: 4+ Years
Location: Mohali – Onsite

Job Responsibilities

- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
- Define product roadmap, strategy, features, and priorities based on business and client requirements.
- Gather requirements and prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with development, UI/UX, QA, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Handle client discussions, requirement gathering, product demos, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage product backlog, sprint planning, prioritization, and releases.
- Understand and evaluate MERN/MEAN, AI/GenAI, Blockchain/Web3, APIs, and software architecture.
- Analyze product performance, market trends, user feedback, and competitors to drive improvements.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in Technical Product Management / Product Ownership.




- Robust understanding of MERN/MEAN technologies and software development processes.
- Experience working on AI/GenAI and Blockchain/Web3 projects.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, APIs, and technical documentation.
- Excellent client handling, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with a technical/development background will be preferred.
- Experience with SaaS or technology products is an added advantage.

Qualification: B.Tech/BCA/MCA/M.Tech/MBA or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
