BUSINESS ANALYST

Experience: 0–3 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / BBA / B.Com/ MBA
Department: Business Development / Strategy

Role Purpose

To support management in business ideation, identifying recent opportunities, developing projects/JVs, and driving strategic initiatives across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate new business, project, JV, and partnership opportunities.
- Conduct market research, feasibility analysis, and opportunity assessment.
- Support new project development and execution.
- Develop business plans, roadmaps, proposals, and pitch decks.
- Set up and maintain management dashboards, MIS, and risk-tracking systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for strategic initiatives.
- Support stakeholder communication, query drafting,



and inter-company relationships.
- Provide management with business insights, reports, and strategic recommendations.

Candidate Profile

- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Strategy, Business Analysis, or Project Development.
- Strong interest in business development and new business opportunities.
- Analytical, proactive, and commercially oriented.
- Good skills in Excel, PowerPoint, research, presentation, and communication.
- Ability to convert ideas into structured plans and actionable initiatives.
- Fresher's are also welcome

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
