- You will be responsible for overlooking the service operations for DODO workshops.
- Building service volume at current setups.
- Responsible for legal compliances for running workshop operations. (Pollution control board, labour welfare board etc.)
- Effective management of workshop team.
- Ensure adherence to Service quality standards.
- Profitability of workshops.
- All service KPI’s (Service Retention, Service TAT, Parts target, NPS, VAS Sales etc.)
- Ideal Candidate:
- B.E/B. Tech with 5+ years of experience in workshop operations from an automotive background
- Excellent communication skills and people skills.
- Excellent technical & communication skills, Able do multi-tasking.
