Key Responsibilities:

1) Identify manpower requirements, plan recruitment, and ensure the right people are available for the right roles at the right time.

2) Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and provide accurate inputs and support for monthly payroll processing.

3) Develop a positive workplace culture through discipline, teamwork, communication, employee engagement, and organizational values.

4) Ensure established HR systems, processes, formats, and procedures are properly implemented and consistently followed.

5) Manage employee relationships, address grievances, provide guidance, and improve employee performance and coordination.

6)Prepare meeting agendas, required reports, data, and action points to support effective management and review meetings.

7)



Monitor the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and ensure employees follow defined processes and responsibilities.

Qualification

MBA/PGDM – HR / BBA HR or equivalent qualification.

Basic system knowledge and software knowledge.

Candidates residing at 20 km surroundings in Thiruvannamalai can apply for the opening.

Pay : Rs.15000 to Rs.25000 based on experience

Working Hours : 9:00 am to 9:00 pm
