About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Coach who combines strong financial expertise with excellent coaching and client-handling skills.

The role involves working directly with business owners, understanding their financial challenges, analyzing business performance, and coaching them to improve profitability, cash flow, financial planning, cost management, and overall financial discipline.

The ideal candidate should be able to analyze financial numbers and, more importantly, explain them in a easy and practical way to business owners.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct one-to-one finance coaching sessions with business owners.
- Understand clients' business models, financial challenges, and growth objectives.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, margins, and other financial KPIs.
- Identify financial gaps and provide practical recommendations.
- Coach business owners on budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and cash-flow management.
- Help clients establish financial systems, processes, and performance tracking.
- Track and review client financial performance regularly.
- Conduct financial review meetings, workshops, and coaching sessions.
- Simplify complex financial concepts and communicate them effectively to non-finance professionals.




- Help clients make data-driven financial and business decisions.
- Follow up with clients and ensure implementation of agreed financial actions.
- Maintain client reports, financial analysis, and coaching documentation.
- Collaborate with the internal coaching and consulting team to support overall client growth.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, MBA Finance, CA, CMA, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Consulting, Business Advisory, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow, profitability, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Experience working with business owners, entrepreneurs, SMEs, or clients is highly preferred.
- Coaching, mentoring, or training experience is mandatory/preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to convert financial data into clear business insights.
- Ability to confidently interact with senior management and business owners.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial analysis tools.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable conducting both individual and group coaching sessions.
- Ability to understand different industries and business models.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
