Work Mode: Work from Office only

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Salary: ₹ 25000/ - ₹30,000/month (based on skills & experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a strong and experienced Backend Developer to develop, maintain and secure the backend infrastructure of our mobile application.

The candidate will be responsible for building secure, scalable and reliable APIs, database systems, payment integrations and backend services supporting digital transactions and other application features.

Mandatory Technical Skills1. Programming & Backend.

Advanced / Production-Level Coding Skills – Mandatory

- Node.js – Strong hands-on experience
- TypeScript / JavaScript
- PHP 8.x – Strong knowledge
- Laravel – Strong hands-on experience
- Express.js / NestJS – preferred
- Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Clean, reusable and maintainable coding practices
- Strong understanding of backend architecture

2. Database

- MySQL / PostgreSQL

4. Security – MUST HAVE

The candidate must have practical knowledge of:

- JWT / OAuth 2.0

5. Payment & Financial Transaction Handling

Experience with payment-related systems is highly preferred.

The developer should understand:

- Payment Gateway integration

- Payment callbacks/webhooks
- Idempotency & duplicate transaction prevention
- Transaction reconciliation
- Refund handling
- Failed/pending payment handling
- Database transactions
- Atomic balance updates
- Transaction/audit logging

6. Backend Responsibilities

The developer will work on backend systems related to:

- Subscription/payment systems

Knowledge of the following is preferred:

8. Redis & Performance

Knowledge of:

- Redis

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain secure backend APIs
- Build recent backend modules for our application
- Integrate payment gateways and third-party APIs
- Develop and maintain database structures
- Ensure accurate gold/silver balance calculations
- Prevent duplicate financial transactions
- Implement secure authentication and authorization
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues
- Optimize API and database performance
- Maintain proper transaction logs and audit trails
- Work closely with the Flutter/mobile development team
- Maintain clean, scalable and well-documented code
- Participate in testing, deployment and production support
