Qualification-Necessary Requirement:

Bachelor of Engineering in Telecom or other allied subjects

Experience-Necessary Requirement:

0 to 2 years of Professional/Technical Experience in Telecom with good knowledge in Customer coordination.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Customer coordination.

2. Field Engineer Coordination

3. Knowledge on FTTX Provision

4. Basic Telecom Concepts of FTTX

Key performance indicators:

1. Turnaround time of requests within agreed SLA

2. Quality of pack completed to meet agreed SLA

Skill requirements Include skill requirements in domain, leadership and behavioral:

1. Good writing skills - for documentation, training, processes

2. Valuable understanding of OSP/ISP construction activities

3. Communicate with teams for any additional data / clarification required

4. Good analytical / problem solving skills
