Job Description – Interior Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer who can handle projects from concept development to execution. The ideal candidate should have robust design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, preferences, budget and project scope.
- Develop concept designs, space planning and interior layouts.
- Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, furniture layouts and detailed design drawings.
- Create 3D views, renders and presentations for client approvals.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, colours and décor elements.
- Prepare material specifications and assist with BOQ and cost estimation.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, vendors and site execution teams.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure designs are implemented as per approved drawings.
- Identify and resolve design and execution-related issues at site.




- Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, civil and other services wherever required.
- Source materials, furniture and décor items while maintaining quality and budget requirements.
- Prepare mood boards, material boards and design presentations.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
- Make design modifications based on client feedback while maintaining project feasibility.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials and construction techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in interior design.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes and furniture design.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Interior design: 1 year (Required)
- Rhinoceros 3D: 1 year (Preferred)
- Technical drawing: 1 year (Required)
- Furniture design: 1 year (Preferred)
