About the Role
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly driven Content Strategist and Social Media Creator who can build impactful influencer-style content, write compelling scripts, edit high-quality videos, and manage client accounts with confidence. This role requires someone who understands digital trends, excels at storytelling and editing, and can translate business goals into engaging content that drives measurable growth on social media. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive content and social media growth strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube,and X.
- Write engaging scripts, captions, and creative copy for reels, videos, campaigns, and advertisements in an influencer-style voice.
- Edit and refine video content to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment across platforms.
- Create content calendars and oversee content planning and publishing schedules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and successful campaign execution.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time.
- Manage online communities, engage with audiences, and maintain brand reputation.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and optimize content strategies for growth.
- Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, platform algorithms, and industry best practices.
- Lead and collaborate with the social media team to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing,



content strategy, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Robust understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms. Exceptional scriptwriting and copywriting skills.
- Proven video editing skills using industry-standard tools.
- Experience in content planning, campaign execution, and community management.
- Excellent client communication and account management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and driving growth.
- Creative thinker with strong storytelling and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience working as an Influencer, Content Creator, or Social Media Creator.
- Comfortable working remotely with excellent time management skills.
- Proactive, growth-oriented, and eager to learn.
