About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AWS Amazon Connect Developer with strong hands-on experience in Python, AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, and Amazon Connect.

The ideal candidate should have experience building and integrating cloud-based voice and chat solutions using AWS services. You will be responsible for developing, integrating, troubleshooting, and supporting scalable conversational solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain AWS-based applications using Python.
- Build and enhance conversational solutions using Amazon Lex.
- Develop and manage AWS Lambda functions and integrations.
- Design and implement Amazon Connect Voice and Chat solutions.
- Integrate Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Lambda, and other AWS services.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues.
- Optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Provide production support and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of overall software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python.
- Strong experience with AWS Lambda.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.
- Experience developing Amazon Lex conversational solutions.
- Experience working with Voice and Chat solutions in Amazon Connect.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and AWS services.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.





Good to Have

- Experience with Amazon Lex V2.
- Knowledge of NLP/NLU and conversational AI.
- Experience with DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience providing production/application support.
- Experience integrating multiple AWS services into enterprise applications.
