We are seeking a meticulous and organized Accounts Executive to oversee our daily financial activities. In this role, you will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, process internal financial transactions, and maintain accurate ledger records. You will play a vital role in ensuring financial compliance, preparing timely financial reports, and supporting the management team with budget tracking and data analysis.Key Responsibilities

- Daily Ledger Maintenance: Record all daily financial transactions, general ledger entries, and fixed asset accounting.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of bank statements, credit card statements, and internal cash accounts.
- Expense Management: Review, process, and audit employee expense reports and supplier payments to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
- Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of routine tax returns, statutory filings, and payroll documentation.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly financial summaries, including cash flow statements, profit and loss reports,



and variance analyses.
- Audit Support: Maintain clean financial records and organize supporting documentation to assist internal and external auditors during reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a closely related field.
- Experience: Proven experience working in a corporate accounting or bookkeeping environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Tally, Xero, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel capabilities.
- Financial Literacy: Strong grasp of general accounting principles, double-entry bookkeeping, and financial regulations.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and a sharp eye for identifying financial discrepancies.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
