We’re Hiring | Industrial Relations (IR) Manager

Eeki is looking for an experienced IR Manager to manage workforce relations and labor compliance across our poly house farming operations.

Location: Kota,Rajasthan ,Farm Sites

Experience: 2-3years

Qualification: MBA/PGDM-HR / MSW

Key Responsibilities:

Manage industrial relations, grievances & disciplinary matters.

Ensure labor law, EPF, ESI & contractor compliance.

Manage contractors and large-scale workforce deployment.

Oversee worker welfare, attendance & productivity.

Support labor audits, statutory compliance & farm certifications.

Manage seasonal manpower requirements for farming operations.

Preferred: Experience in agriculture, polyhouse, manufacturing, food processing, or large workforce operations (300+ workers).
