Job Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day jewellery manufacturing activities and ensuring quality, timely production, proper material usage and smooth coordination with karigars, workshops and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily jewellery production as per orders and production plans.
- Allocate jobs to karigars / artisans / workshops and monitor progress.
- Track production from design, casting and fabrication to finishing and polishing.
- Ensure jewellery is manufactured as per approved design, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor Gold, Diamond, Silver and other material usage during production.
- Maintain proper records of materials issued to and received from karigars.
- Check finished jewellery for weight, purity, workmanship and quality.
- Identify production delays, defects, wastage or material discrepancies and report them.




- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stock, QC, Sales and Accounts teams.
- Monitor production wastage and ensure productive use of materials.
- Maintain job cards, production records and daily MIS reports.
- Follow up on pending jobs and ensure timely completion and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and security procedures.

Required Skills

- Experience in jewellery manufacturing/production.
- Good knowledge of Gold, Diamond and Silver jewellery manufacturing.
- Knowledge of karigar/workshop operations.
- Good understanding of jewellery weight, wastage and material usage.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good Excel and ERP knowledge.
- Good attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to manage multiple production jobs and meet deadlines.

Key Objective

To ensure timely, quality and cost-effective jewellery production with proper control of materials, workmanship, wastage and production records.

Experience: 2–5 Years preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
