The Carpenter Supervisor oversees and coordinates carpentry activities on construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to required quality standards. This role involves supervising carpenters and laborers, interpreting drawings, managing materials, and collaborating with project managers and other trades to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise, train, and lead a team of carpenters and apprentices
- Plan daily work activities and assign tasks based on project schedules
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure all carpentry work meets quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trade supervisors
- Monitor productivity and resolve on-site issues efficiently
- Inspect work in progress and completed work for accuracy and workmanship
- Manage tools, equipment, and materials to minimize waste and downtime
- Enforce site safety policies and conduct toolbox talks
- Report progress, delays, and material needs to management

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
