We are looking for experienced Copy Editors to work on books, book chapters, journal articles, and other scholarly manuscripts for international publishing projects.

Responsibilities:

- Edit manuscripts for grammar, language, clarity, punctuation, and consistency.
- Follow project-specific style guides and editorial instructions.
- Check terminology, abbreviations, references, tables, figures, and cross-references.
- Improve readability while preserving the author's intended meaning.
- Handle basic to advanced copyediting assignments based on experience and skill level.
- Work efficiently using Microsoft Word and Track Changes.
- Meet deadlines while maintaining high editorial quality.

Requirements:

- Experience in academic, scholarly, STM, or book/journal copyediting.
- Excellent command of English.




- Strong understanding of academic writing and editorial conventions.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Experience with international publishing projects preferred.
