Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Floral Designer to design and execute floral arrangements and décor concepts for weddings, events, and special occasions. The candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, colour combinations, and floral styling.

Key Responsibilities

- Create innovative floral designs and arrangements for weddings and events.
- Develop floral concepts based on event themes, colour palettes, and décor requirements.
- Design bouquets, centrepieces, stage décor, mandaps, entrances, table arrangements, and other floral installations.
- Coordinate with the décor and production teams for smooth execution.
- Select appropriate flowers, foliage, props, and decorative elements.
- Coordinate with florists, vendors, and suppliers for flower procurement and requirements.
- Visit event venues to understand space, setup, and floral requirements.
- Supervise in office floral installation and ensure quality and finishing.
- Ensure flowers and materials are handled, stored,



and transported properly.
- Manage multiple projects and meet event deadlines.
- Keep updated with the latest floral design, wedding décor, and event styling trends.
- Maintain quality standards while working within the approved budget.
- Support the team during event setup and dismantling as required.

Required Skills

- Strong creativity and artistic sense.
- Excellent knowledge of flowers, foliage, colours, and floral arrangements.
- Good understanding of wedding and event décor.
- Strong attention to detail and finishing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to venues and work flexible hours, including weekends and event days.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
