We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and social-media-savvy Social Media Executive to join the SUKOYO team.

ROLE: SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

- Manage SUKOYO’s Instagram and other social media platforms
- Plan and execute daily/weekly social media content
- Create and manage Reels, Stories, Posts and promotional content
- Develop creative content ideas based on trends, products and campaigns
- Monitor social media trends, viral formats, audio and hashtags
- Plan content calendars and campaign strategies
- Coordinate with the content creation, marketing and store teams
- Handle influencer and creator collaborations
- Monitor page growth, engagement, reach and content performance
- Prepare basic social media reports and analyze insights
- Respond to comments, DMs and customer interactions professionally
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all social media platforms

Technical Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms
- Good understanding of Instagram algorithms, reach, engagement and insights
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Canva,



Photoshop or similar design tools
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar software
- Ability to edit Reels and short-form videos
- Good understanding of content scheduling and social media management tools
- Ability to analyze insights and identify what content performs well
- Good understanding of hashtags, SEO, keywords and social media trends
- Basic knowledge of paid promotions and social media advertising is a plus

Who We’re Looking For

- Creative and highly active on social media
- Solid communication and writing skills
- Good sense of aesthetics and visual presentation
- Updated with current Instagram/Reels trends
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Passionate about fashion, lifestyle, stationery, art, craft and creative content is a plus
- Previous experience in social media management or content creation is preferred

Location: Kochi, Kerala
Experience: 6+ =month preferred
Employment: Full-time
