Position Details

- Position: Engineer – IQC
- Experience: 2–4 Years
- Openings: 3
- Location: Vani, Viramgam, Ahmedabad
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma – Mechanical
- Industry Preference: Automotive / Ancillary / Plastic Injection Moulding
- Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Candidates Preferred

Key Job Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the quality of incoming parts.
- Conduct Incoming Parts Layout Inspection.
- Provide in-process QA support, including inspection and document review.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
- Visit supplier locations for problem-solving and quality improvement.
- Conduct current sample trials and provide feedback to suppliers.
- Drive supplier improvement through 8D / CAPA.
- Monitor Supplier PPM and Supplier Rating.
- Conduct supplier audits as per the planned schedule.




- Manage calibration of instruments, gauges and machines.
- Monitor RM testing as per the third-party test plan.
- Support new model development and ensure supplier part quality.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve internal and customer quality issues.
- Ensure incoming parts comply with defined quality and specification requirements.
- Support implementation and maintenance of ISO / IATF 16949:2016 requirements.
- Carry out validation of position gauges and fixtures as per plan.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of RM / BOP.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and gauges.
- Understanding of incoming and supplier quality processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹426,753.91 per year
