We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, with the ability to design seamless and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing designs.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process — from research and wireframing to visual design and prototyping. Your designs will help shape the overall user experience and drive user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- User Research & Testing:

Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and feedback. Analyze user behavior and needs to inform design decisions.

- Wireframing & Prototyping:

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts and solutions. Iterate based on feedback to ensure optimal usability and user satisfaction.

- UI Design:

Design visually appealing and functional user interfaces that align with brand guidelines. Create and maintain design systems, UI patterns, and style guides.

- Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure design feasibility and consistency throughout the development process. Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

- Usability & Accessibility:

Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and deliver a positive, seamless user experience across different platforms and devices.

- Continuous Improvement:





Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Continuously improve designs based on user feedback and performance data.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience:

2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role with a portfolio demonstrating design work across various platforms (web, mobile, etc.).

- Design Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of UI design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Marvel, or Figma).
- Solid understanding of responsive design and design for multiple screen sizes.
- User-Centered Design:

A strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and iterative design processes.

- Collaboration & Communication:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.

- Portfolio:

A strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work, demonstrating your design thinking, process, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or understanding of basic development processes.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in agile teams.
- Experience with user analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of brand design and maintaining brand consistency across multiple platforms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
