Responsible for implementing ERP solutions for educational institutions and providing post-implementation support to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle ERP implementation, configuration, and go-live.
- Understand client requirements and map them to ERP modules.
- Provide user training and onboarding support.
- Resolve client issues and provide ongoing system support.
- Coordinate with technical teams for bug fixes and enhancements.Requirements:
- 0.6–5 year experience in ERP implementation/support (EdTech preferred).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel/SQL.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
