As we expand our admissions and sales team in Kozhikode, we are looking for enthusiastic, goal-oriented individuals who are passionate about guiding learners toward the right educational opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel prospective students through phone calls and online communication channels.
- Understand learners' career goals, educational background, and aspirations to recommend suitable courses and programs.
- Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels to drive enrollments.
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners and address their queries effectively.
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly admission/enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and enrollment status in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process and excellent learner experience.
