1) This job contains 6 days work- week with rotational shift at Belapur - Navi Mumbai
2) Experience: 1-3 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Monitoring of infra including server health checkup, network link monitoring & preparing reports for usage, performance, and/or availability port/service uptime. Port/ service monitoring of server.
- Installation, configuration & troubleshooting O/S like linux, VMware knowledge
- User management, Access management
- OS & DB patch management, for regular security pts closure (hardening)
- Basic understanding of Backup, Restore, DR Drill – activities.
- Detailed application managing knowledge like apache tomcat & web server, DB server health
- Application bug fixing & deployment & troubleshooting.
- To work in a 24x7 environment (Shift Ops) and including weekend schedule.
- Own customer technical issues from initial report to resolution, communicating with customers regularly regarding issue status.




- Basic network troubleshooting knowledge.
- Ticketing tool knowledge & Usage on regular work process (incident report, resolution, RCA etc.)
- Monitoring tool knowledge & usage on regular work process
- Document - all solutions for knowledge base and bring current ideas for innovation and automation excellence into the Support team.

Other Skills:

Linux (RHEL, CentOS) & VMware,basic cloud knowledge

Competencies:

Basic networking knowledge

Qualifications and Education Details:

Graduate – Preferably in Computer Science / or relevant degrees

Rhcsa / rhce certified is an advantage

Pay: ₹4.00 - ₹5.00 per year
