Position: Jewellery Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Demonstrate and explain gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections.
- Provide product information regarding designs, pricing, offers, and schemes.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent customer service.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and presentation of jewellery counters.
- Follow company policies and showroom procedures.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in jewellery retail sales is preferred.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust sales and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of gold, diamond, and jewellery products will be an advantage.
- Presentable personality and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.

Education

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Jewellery Sales or Retail Sales.

Pay: ₹43,571.72 - ₹96,438.56 per month
