- Diploma / Graduation in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Candidates with relevant automobile bodyshop experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the vehicle bodyshop.
- Supervise denting, painting, repairing, and workshop activities.
- Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, and other staff.
- Inspect damaged vehicles and ensure proper repair planning.
- Monitor repair quality, job progress, and timely vehicle delivery.
- Manage job cards, estimates, spare parts, and repair documentation.
- Monitor manpower, productivity, workshop performance, and safety standards.
Required Skills:
- Solid team and manpower management skills.
- Good knowledge of vehicle body repair processes.
- Knowledge of insurance claims and survey procedures.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and workshop software.
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile bodyshop/accident repair operations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
