About the Role

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and experienced Travel Planner who can independently plan and manage personal and family trips from start to finish. The ideal candidate should be good at researching destinations, planning itineraries, finding hotels and transportation, coordinating bookings, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan complete domestic and international trips based on requirements and preferences.
- Research and suggest destinations, hotels, restaurants, activities, and sightseeing options.
- Prepare detailed day-wise travel itineraries including transportation and activities.
- Manage flight, hotel, car rental, restaurant, activity, and other travel bookings.
- Coordinate with travel agencies, hotels, airlines, drivers, and other vendors.
- Manage visa, travel insurance, and required travel documentation when applicable.
- Plan airport transfers, local transportation, and other travel logistics.
- Maintain travel schedules, booking confirmations, and important documents.
- Handle changes, cancellations, delays, and last-minute travel requirements.
- Ensure the entire trip is well-organized, comfortable, and within the planned budget.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Travel Planning, Travel Management,



Travel Agency, or Hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Excellent research, planning, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with online flight, hotel, transportation, and activity bookings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Comfortable handling last-minute changes and urgent requirements.

Preferred Skills

- Experience planning family, luxury, leisure, and international trips.
- Good knowledge of premium hotels, resorts, restaurants, and travel experiences.
- Strong vendor and travel-agent network.
- Knowledge of visa processes and international travel requirements.
- Ability to create customized and well-planned travel experiences.
- Flexible to coordinate during travel and outside regular working hours when required.
