Job Summary

We are looking for a highly capable and hands-on *IT Head – Software, ERP & AI* who can independently design, develop, implement, and manage complete business software and ERP systems.

The candidate must have robust practical knowledge of *Software Development, ERP Development, Claude AI, AI Automation, Database Management, and System Integration*.

This role is primarily focused on *software, ERP, and AI-driven business solutions*, not only on IT infrastructure, hardware, networking, or technical support.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop a complete *ERP system* based on business requirements.

* Develop and manage internal software applications, dashboards, and business tools.

* Use *Claude AI* effectively for software development, automation, process improvement, and problem-solving.

* Develop AI-based workflows and business automation.

* Integrate different departments and business processes into ERP/software systems.

* Manage databases, APIs, integrations, and software architecture.

* Develop and improve web-based or application-based business solutions.

* Ensure system security, reliability, scalability, and data accuracy.





* Troubleshoot and continuously improve existing software systems.

* Work closely with Management to understand business requirements and convert them into practical software solutions.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a *hands-on technology professional who can personally develop and implement software and ERP solutions*, rather than only managing a technical team.

The candidate should preferably be able to demonstrate previously developed:

* ERP Systems

* Business Software

* Internal Applications

* Dashboards

* AI Automations

* Workflow Automation Projects

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
