Job Summary

ArthCycle Labs LLP is looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator to create engaging photo, video, reel, and social media content from our cosmetic manufacturing unit.

The role will focus on showcasing our products, manufacturing process, packaging, R&D; activities, factory environment, private label services, and brand capabilities through high-quality digital content.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable shooting content inside the manufacturing unit, appearing behind the camera or coordinating with team members, and editing short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, short videos, product videos, factory videos, and promotional content
- Shoot photos and videos inside the ArthCycle Labs manufacturing facility
- Cover production, filling, packaging, lab testing, R&D;, dispatch, and behind-the-scenes activities
- Create content for skincare, haircare, body care, hotel amenities, and private-label cosmetic products
- Plan content ideas based on current trends and company marketing requirements
- Write captions, hooks, basic scripts, and content concepts
- Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, VN, InShot, or similar software
- Create simple graphics, product creatives, and promotional posts
- Maintain a regular social media content calendar
- Coordinate with the marketing, sales, R&D;, production, and management teams
- Convert technical manufacturing information into simple and attractive content
- Create content highlighting our OEM, private label, white label, formulation, packaging, and bulk manufacturing services
- Track content performance and suggest improvements




- Research competitor content, social media trends, hashtags, and reel formats
- Assist with product launches, campaign shoots, customer samples, and promotional activities
- Organise and maintain photo and video content files

Candidate Requirements

- Strong interest in content creation, social media, photography, and video editing
- Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content
- Basic knowledge of photography and videography
- Ability to shoot using smartphone and/or camera
- Good video editing skills
- Basic graphic design knowledge
- Creative thinking and ability to generate new content ideas
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines
- Basic English and Hindi communication skills
- Gujarati language knowledge will be an advantage

Education





Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Design, Digital Marketing, Photography, or a related field is preferred.

However, skills and portfolio will be given more importance than formal qualification.

This is an on-site position, as regular factory, product, and manufacturing content needs to be created.

Pay: ₹10,146.39 - ₹35,239.70 per month
