Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Architectural 3D Visualizer – Team Leader to lead our visualization team in delivering high-quality architectural renders, animations, and immersive visual experiences for residential, commercial, hospitality, and township projects. The ideal candidate will possess solid artistic skills, technical expertise, project management abilities, and leadership qualities to guide a team of 3D artists while maintaining exceptional visual standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3D visualizers, modelers, and animation artists.
- Assign tasks, monitor project progress, and ensure timely delivery of visualization projects.
- Conduct quality reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Establish and maintain visualization standards, workflows, and best practices.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, project managers, and clients.

Architectural Visualization

- Create high-end photorealistic exterior and interior renders.
- Develop cinematic architectural walkthroughs and promotional animations.
- Interpret architectural drawings, CAD files, BIM models, and design concepts accurately.
- Produce visual content for townships, residential complexes, commercial buildings, resorts, and master plans.
- Ensure realistic lighting, materials, landscaping,



and environmental integration.

Technical Responsibilities

- Optimize rendering workflows to maximize quality and efficiency.
- Manage rendering pipelines and deadlines.
- Stay updated with emerging visualization technologies and workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to rendering and animation.

- Advanced 3D modeling and scene optimization

Portfolio submission is mandatory. Candidates with exceptional architectural animation and photorealistic rendering portfolios will be given preference.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
