Job Profile & Responsibilities

- We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) for our Ayurvedic Pharma division.
- The candidate will be responsible for independently handling and developing the Ahmedabad market.
- Manage sales activities, achieve assigned targets, and develop strong relationships with doctors, distributors, retailers, and other business partners.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to increase product sales and market presence.
- Initially, the ASM will be required to independently manage the Ahmedabad territory.
- Once the Ahmedabad business is established and reaches a stable level, the candidate will be responsible for building and managing a sales team, including hiring and guiding one Medical Representative/Sales Executive.




- Monitor team performance, provide field support and training, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Candidates with experience in Ayurvedic/Pharmaceutical sales and robust knowledge of the Ahmedabad market will be preferred.

Candidate Requirements

- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical/Ayurvedic sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and customer network.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for business development.
- Target-oriented and willing to build and manage a team.

Pay: ₹16,065.59 - ₹58,217.10 per month
