Job Summary

PrimeAxis Technologies LLC is looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter / US IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing and onboarding OPT/CPT/STEM OPT consultants and building a strong bench pipeline.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying qualified IT professionals, convincing them to join the company's bench, maintaining consultant relationships, and working closely with the Bench Sales team to market consultants for suitable opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit OPT, CPT, STEM OPT and other eligible IT consultants through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and existing networks.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT consultants for the company bench.
- Explain bench opportunities, company policies, requirements, and processes to prospective consultants.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, visa status, location, and availability.
- Maintain an updated database of consultants and their technical skills.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants.
- Coordinate with the Bench Sales/Marketing team to identify suitable requirements for consultants.
- Assist in preparing and updating resumes according to market requirements.
- Track consultant availability and ensure the bench is continuously maintained.




- Follow up with consultants regularly regarding job opportunities, interviews, and submissions.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and consultant records.
- Work toward achieving monthly consultant onboarding and bench-building targets.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in OPT Recruitment / US IT Recruitment / Bench Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of OPT, CPT, STEM OPT and US IT staffing.
- Experience recruiting IT consultants for the US market.
- Solid sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and common US IT job roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with consultants.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently in a US shift environment.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Bench Sales, Bench Marketing, Consultant Acquisition, or US IT Staffing will be strongly preferred.

Candidates who have a proven ability to bring OPT/CPT consultants onto the bench and maintain a strong consultant pipeline are highly preferred.
