Job Description: Operations Executive – Two-Wheeler Showroom

Position: Operations Executive

Job Summary:

The Operations Executive is responsible for handling all operational activities related to vehicle registration, insurance renewal, billing, and documentation processes within the two-wheeler showroom

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and coordinate recent vehicle registration activities.
- Prepare and verify all documents required for vehicle registration and ensure timely submission.
- Handle insurance issuance and renewal for new and existing customers.
- Generate and process customer billing and invoicing for vehicle sales, accessories, and other related services.
- Ensure accuracy in billing details, calculations, and customer information.
- Maintain records of vehicle deliveries, registrations, insurance policies, and invoices.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending registration documents and insurance renewals.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth delivery processes and completion of documentation.




- Update and maintain dealership software/ERP systems with accurate operational data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, RTO regulations, and insurance guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in automobile dealership operations, preferably in a two-wheeler showroom.
- Knowledge of RTO registration procedures, insurance processes, and dealership billing systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and dealership management software/ERP systems.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Working Hours:

- Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary:

- Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and current compensation package.

Location: Kadavantra-Ernakulam.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
