ABOUT THE SPIRITED SPOT

The Spirited Spot (TSS) is a high-energy bar and dining destination built around global food, craft cocktails, live music and warm hospitality.

After establishing TSS in Nagpur, we have now opened our Pune outlet in Baner.

Our Pune property also includes Downtown Coffee, our neighbourhood café concept.

Both brands have their own visual personality, and we are looking for a designer who can understand each brand and help us build a strong, consistent and recognisable visual identity.

ROLE

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can work across digital, print and in-venue communication.

The role requires more than creating daily social media posts.

You should be able to understand a brief, develop a visual direction and translate an idea into design that feels original, premium and relevant to the brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design social media posts, stories, carousels and campaign creatives.
- Create artwork for live music, DJ nights, brunches, events and special experiences.
- Design and update food, cocktail, coffee and event menus.
- Create posters, tent cards, standees, table communication and in-venue branding.
- Develop visual concepts for TSS signature cocktails and food storytelling.
- Work on print advertisements, invitations and promotional collateral.
- Create digital creatives for WhatsApp, Instagram and other platforms.
- Develop artwork for Downtown Coffee while maintaining its separate brand identity.
- Adapt designs into multiple digital and print sizes.
- Prepare accurate print-ready artwork.
- Work closely with printers and production vendors when required.
- Maintain correct typography, colours, layouts and brand guidelines.
- Organise design files, fonts, images and brand assets properly.
- Work closely with the marketing, photography and video teams.




- Handle quick-turnaround requirements without compromising design quality.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The candidate should have:

- Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience preferred.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating actual design work.
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of InDesign will be an advantage.
- Robust understanding of typography, composition, colour and visual hierarchy.
- Good knowledge of both digital and print design.
- Ability to prepare technically correct print-ready files.
- Strong visual and conceptual thinking.
- Understanding of current social media design trends.
- Experience with hospitality, food & beverage, nightlife, lifestyle, fashion or entertainment brands will be strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to understand creative briefs.

DESIGN SENSIBILITY

We are looking for someone who can move comfortably between different visual worlds.

A cocktail menu should not look like a DJ-night poster.

A Sunday brunch campaign should not look like a nightclub creative.

And Downtown Coffee should have its own personality while still maintaining a high level of design.

The designer should understand these differences and create accordingly.

WHAT WE DON’T WANT

We are not looking for someone who simply downloads a template, changes the photograph and adds the TSS logo.

We want a designer who can think before designing.

Someone who understands the story, audience, mood and purpose behind a creative and then develops the right visual language for it.

THE TSS GRAPHIC DESIGNER

TSS is a highly visual brand.

From the menu a guest holds and the cocktail story they discover to the poster for a live band and the content they see on Instagram — design shapes how people experience the brand.

We are looking for someone who wants to help create that identity, not simply execute artwork.
