About the Role

Nexus Gaming is looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and customer-oriented individuals to join our team. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, a passion for gaming, and the ability to manage gaming zone operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and manage gaming consoles.
- Assist customers with games, controls, and bookings.
- Manage snooker and pool tables, including bookings and customer assistance.
- Handle day-to-day gaming zone operations.
- Ensure the gaming area is clean, organised, and well-maintained.
- Manage customer entries, session timings, and basic billing.
- Maintain gaming equipment and ensure its proper use.
- Address customer queries and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment.

Candidate Requirements





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Basic knowledge of gaming consoles, snooker, or pool.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in both day and night shifts.
- Responsible, punctual, and skilled attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in gaming zones, hospitality, customer service, or management will be an advantage.
