ULTRA AAC Blocks is a manufacturer of high-quality Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Blocks, serving construction companies, builders, contractors, dealers, and individual customers.

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented TeleSales Executive to join our sales team at our head office in Karkhana, Secunderabad.

Job Responsibilities

- Review and respond to incoming leads from IndiaMART, Justdial, website inquiries, and other online platforms.
- Contact prospective customers by phone and WhatsApp to understand their requirements.
- Follow up consistently with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders.




- Handle inbound customer calls and take orders accurately.
- Understand customer requirements including block quantity, size, delivery location, and timelines.
- Prepare and coordinate customer orders with the internal sales, dispatch, and factory teams.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and orders.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, payments, delivery schedules, and order status.
- Develop relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, and other construction industry customers.

Pay: ₹8,887.21 - ₹25,000.00 per month
