As a Captain, you will be an integral part of our front-of-house team, ensuring guests feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining a high standard of hospitality.

Your Team & Collaboration

You will work closely with:

- The Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- The Kitchen & Bar Team to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly.
- The Guest Relations Team to personalize and enhance the dining experience.

What will you be your Key Responsibilities?

1. Team Leadership & Floor Supervision:

· Oversee waiters and service staff, ensuring smooth execution of service.

· Ensure tables are set up as per brand and hygiene standards before each shift.

· Train and guide junior service team members in hospitality best practices.

· Maintain order accuracy and ensure guests receive timely and attentive service.

2. Guest Experience & Service Standards:

· Welcome guests warmly and build rapport to enhance their experience.

· Have thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and recommended pairings.

· Handle special requests, dietary preferences, and guest feedback professionally.

· Ensure smooth coordination with the kitchen and bar teams for accurate order execution.

· Manage table assignments and guest seating during peak hours.

3. Operational & Financial Responsibilities:

· Ensure billing and payment processes are handled efficiently and without errors.

· Track service performance, minimize waste and operational inefficiencies.





· Support the Restaurant Manager in training programs and staff evaluations.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 2-3 years in restaurant or hospitality service.
