Key Responsibilities

- Collect and analyse sales, stock and distribution data.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyse product-wise, salesman-wise, route-wise and area-wise sales performance.
- Track sales targets, achievements and growth trends.
- Identify slow-moving and fast-moving products.
- Analyse inventory levels, ageing stock and stock movement.
- Prepare management dashboards and performance reports.
- Monitor customer/shop coverage, billing and sales productivity.
- Identify unusual trends, data errors and performance gaps.
- Prepare forecasts and provide insights for sales and stock planning.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse and Management teams for required data.
- Maintain accurate databases and reporting formats.
- Automate recurring reports wherever possible.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of Pivot Tables,



XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF formulas and charts.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or other data-analysis tools is preferred.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to present complex data in a simple and understandable format.
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification

- B.Com / BBA / BCA / B.Sc / Statistics / Mathematics / Computer Science or related qualification.
- Candidates with relevant experience in FMCG, sales analytics or MIS reporting will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong Excel and analytical skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
