Babytrails Photography is looking for a Client Experience Executive!
We’re looking for someone who can turn a straightforward enquiry into a lovely client experience from the first “Hello” to the final delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
- Be the friendly face & voice our clients connect with
- Handle enquiries, calls, messages & meetings
- Understand what our clients need and make them feel heard
- Coordinate shoots, schedules & photographers
- Guide clients through their entire photography journey
- Keep track of bookings, CRM, payments & client details
- Collect feedback and help us make every experience even better
