Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Recruiter – Fresher to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various IT positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates' communication and basic technical understanding.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment status.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, assessments, offers, and joining.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining the hiring pipeline.
- Build and maintain a positive candidate network.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT roles and technologies is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes and IT technologies.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
