A Residential Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day construction activities at residential projects, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. The role includes setting out and checking dimensions and levels, supervising civil, structural, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing and finishing works, coordinating subcontractors and labour teams, monitoring material usage and workmanship, preparing quantity measurements and site reports, conducting quality inspections, resolving site issues, coordinating with architects, structural consultants and clients, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring the project is completed within the required time, quality and budget.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
