We are Looking Floor Supervisors for Our showrooms

Location : Muthoor, Thiruvalla, Ettumanoor

Salary: 25000-35000

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Textile, FMCG, or similar managerial roles preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills.

Responsibilities

- Support the Showroom Manager in daily showroom operations
- Train and supervise sales associates
- Monitor sales, set targets, and drive team performance
- Manage visual displays, signage, and product placement
- Monitor inventory and conduct stock audits.
- Overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
