Role Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Goal: Expand the customer base and increase revenue through targeted prospecting and strategic pitch presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and reach out to prospective clients through cold outreach, networking, social media (LinkedIn), and inbound leads.

Client Engagement: Conduct initial introductory calls, understand client pain points, and present tailored solutions or service packages.

Proposal & Pitching:



Prepare and present persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and contracts to prospective stakeholders.

Relationship Management: Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and cross-selling.

Market Research: Monitor industry trends, track competitor activity, and identify emerging market niches.

Pipeline Management: Track and maintain sales activities, leads, and follow-ups within the CRM system to meet weekly/monthly sales targets.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
