Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery retail team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a presentable personality, and a passion for sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a qualified and courteous manner
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery collections
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain product knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and bridal collections
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic documentation
- Ensure proper display and cleanliness of jewellery counters
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Follow up with customers for repeat sales and referrals
- Support promotional activities and festive sales campaigns
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification:
Graduate preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (Jewellery experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with a customer-oriented approach
- Basic computer knowledge (Billing software & MS Office preferred)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
