We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our team as Reservations Interns. This is a 4-month internship program with a placement opportunity based on performance and business requirements.

During the internship, candidates will gain hands-on experience in reservation management, booking platforms, guest communication, payment coordination, and day-to-day reservation operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of reservation systems and booking management software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in the travel and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle reservations and booking management through various booking channels.
- Process and confirm reservations and maintain accurate booking records.
- Update guest information and assist with payment processing.
- Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds as per company policies.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries regarding availability, rates, services, and property details.
- Assist guests with special requests such as early check-in,



late check-out, and room preferences.
- Ensure booking details and guest requirements are communicated clearly to the relevant teams.
- Coordinate with the Revenue, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure smooth booking and guest experiences.
- Maintain daily records of reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries.
- Monitor booking trends and assist in providing insights on occupancy and demand.
- Ensure accurate data entry and proper maintenance of reservation records.
- Ensure all bookings comply with VOYE HOMES’ reservation, cancellation, and refund policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
