We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented *Senior Sales Executive / Field Sales Executive to join our team.

Products: Baby Diaper Making Machine, Adult Diaper Making Machine, Sanitary Pad/Napkin Making Machine, Panty Liner Machine and other Hygiene Product Manufacturing Machines.

Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads through field visits, calls, references and market research.
- Visit customers, factories, dealers and distributors.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machines.
- Explain machine specifications, production capacity, features and benefits.
- Conduct customer meetings and coordinate machine demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate and close sales.
- Follow up with customers from inquiry to order confirmation.




- Develop dealer/distributor networks and recent markets.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales reports.
- Coordinate with technical/service teams for customer support.

Requirements:

- Minimum *2–3 years’ experience* in field sales, preferably industrial machinery.
- Experience in *hygiene machinery sales* will be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Smart, confident, energetic and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
