Job Summary

The Guest Service Associate / Executive is the frontline face of the café and QSR outlet. This hands-on role focuses on delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to every customer. Key responsibilities include welcoming guests, processing orders at the counter, handling payments, upselling menu items, and maintaining high standards of dining area cleanliness and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Counter Operations & Billing: Welcome guests warmly, explain menu offerings, process orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, and handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions.
- Order Delivery & Service: Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure prompt order preparation, verify order accuracy and packaging, and maintain low ticket times during peak rush hours.
- Sales Support: Actively suggest menu add-ons, beverages, or combo upgrades to enhance the customer experience and increase daily outlet sales.
- Hygiene & Maintenance: Maintain clean counter spaces, dining tables, display cases,



and condiment stations; adhere strictly to personal grooming, uniform codes, and FSSAI hygiene standards.
- Guest Communication: Respond politely to customer inquiries, resolve minor questions on the spot, and escalate major complaints or technical issues to the Shift Manager.
- Daily Operations: Assist with opening, shift handovers, closing routines, and ongoing floor maintenance in collaboration with front-of-house and kitchen teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: High School Diploma (10+2) completion or higher. A diploma in Hospitality, Retail, or F&B; operations is an added advantage.
- Experience: Open to freshers with strong communication skills. 6 to 12 months of prior experience in a café, QSR, fast-food chain, or retail customer service environment is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Comfort with touch-screen POS systems, basic cashiering math, and digital payment reconciliation.
- Core Competencies: Warm interpersonal communication, active teamwork, efficiency under peak-hour pressure, and a solid eye for workplace cleanliness and order accuracy.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
